ACC Student Services

Academic Computing Center Student Lab

The Academic Computing Center maintains a 48 computer station lab that is open to students for academic and personal use.  The lab staff can provide the following services to students in our lab:

  • Support is provided for technical issues encountered while using software on the lab computers.
    • Note: Staff cannot teach you how to use the software.
  • Support is provided accessing various student resources.

Software Support

The Academic Computing Center staff will provide technical assistant with the following applications:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Audacity
  • Camtasia Studio
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • VoiceThread

Student Resource Support

The Academic Computing Center staff will provide support accessing the following online resources:
  • Brightspace
  • CUNYFirst
  • Microsoft Office 365 Student E-Mail
  • Navigate 360
  • Zoom
