Activity Series
Fall 2018
The different activities include: Fitness Walking: we meet at our beautiful new track to walk/jog. The activity will consist of a warm up, walking/jogging and end with a cool down. Stretch Class: will consist of total body stretches. Aerobics: will consist of a warm up, different aerobic exercises(step,boot camp) and end with a cool down. Weight Training: will consist of learning how to use the weight machines and learn a weight training routine. Water Aerobics: we meet at our pool and do different water exercises. Yoga: will be Hatha yoga which includes stretches, poses and meditation.

All Activities are open to students, faculty and staff and are held on Wednesday's at 12:00 to 1:00 pm in the RFK Hall Building (activities are subject to change)
