Mind Body and Self-Care Club
Our Purpose:
The Mind Body and Self-Care Club is dedicated to fostering physical and mental well-being among students through practices, such as, meditation, qigong, yoga, and postive mindset development. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive community that encourages self-care, personal growth, and a deeper connection between the mind and body. By offering support and resources, we aim to enhance students' overall wellness and help them develop the skills needed to navigate academic challenges and life beyond college.
