Listed below is the policy regarding credit for AP exam scores for the Math and Computer Science Department:

Students who take AP exams will receive class credit according to the following guidelines.

  • BC Calc score of 4 or 5 receives MA-441 and MA-442
  • BC Calc score of 3 receives MA-119 and MA-121 (unless 4 or higher on AB and receives MA-441)
  • AB Calc score of 4 or 5 receives MA-441
  • AB Calc score of 3 receives MA-119
  • Stats score of 4 or 5 receives MA-336
  • Stats score of 3 receives MA-321
  • CS (either one) score of 4 or 5 receives CS-101
  • CS (either one) score of 3 receives credits in topics course (CS-105)
