Retroactive payment for eligible persons will be paid on the March 6, 2020 pay date.
Persons who worked at Queensborough Community College in PSC titles and were paid through the tax levy payroll during the period of October 1, 2018 to March 5, 2020** will be entitled to retroactive pay.

Current Employees
Any retroactive pay as a result of your current position will be included in your regular bi-weekly paycheck. If you had a change in title from a Classified Union to the PSC and vice versa, you will receive two separate payments. Even if you have direct deposit on the active title, please note that the inactive title will generate a paper check, which will be available for pick up in A-406.

Retired and Separated Employees:
Individuals who are no longer employed at QCC and meet the eligibility criteria will receive a paper check.

Paper checks will be available for pick up at the times listed below in the following location.

Accounting Office, Administration Building, Room A-406
Queensborough Community College
222-05 56th Avenue, Bayside, NY 11364

Business Hours:

  • Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thereafter, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A valid photo ID must be presented in order to pick up a paper check. Third parties will not be allowed to pick up paychecks on behalf of former employees.

If you are unavailable to pick up your check, we will mail it to you via regular U.S. Mail. Please complete the Authorization for Mailing Checks form and submit it via email to HumanResources@qcc.cuny.edu or fax to 718-281-5499.
