South Asian Wellness Women’s Group
South Asian Wellness Women’s Group - Will meet every other week (Tuesdays at 4-5pm). This group will focus on taking care of one’s mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic, as students develop new routines associated with balancing work and online learning from home. In addition, this group will address the importance of maintaining mental health while trying to meet gender expectations, dealing with generational stressors, and juggling multiple responsibilities in a South Asian household.
