The QCC Literacy Program is a grant-funded non-profit organization offering free ESOL classes to the local Queens community. If you would like to improve your English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, please see our “Registration Information” page for the next enrollment period.

This program has been made possible through The New York City Literacy Initiative financed by the Office of the Mayor of New York City and The New York State Department of Education through the Workforce Investment Act.

Note: This program is not for incoming or existing QCC students. This program is for local residents. If you are an incoming or existing student, please call QCC's Continuing Education Department at: 718-631-6343.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
