Committee Members in Attendance:

Daniel Garbin 
Angela Ridinger-Dotterman - Replacing Tanya Zhelezcheva who is on FMLA
Wenjian Liu - Absent

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12:30PM

Secretary Took Attendance

Committee Membership was discussed

3 Members term is expiring : Shenaz Ida - Chair, Wenjian Liu, Daniel Garbin

The current chair has not received notification of new members as a result no invitation was sent

with 5 voting members present a Qurom reached the following positions were up for election:

Chair, Secretary & Editor

Wei Lai was nominated as Chair, it was seconded and by unanimous vote elected.

Barbara Frary was nominated as Secretary, it was seconded and by unanimous vote elected.

Emily El Halouani  was nominated as Editor it was seconded and by unanimous vote elected.

Notes for new chair:

A request to change our charges were sent to the By-Laws committee and we are awaiting a response

New members must be contacted and welcomed to the committee

At some point before September a date/time must be selected for the meeting.

Room also needs to be selected
