The Academic Senate Committee on eLearning met on December 18, 2024, 1:30PM

Business:

The meeting was called to order at 1:17PM

Secretary took attendance

The chair moved to approve minutes and they were approved with minor modifications

The committee discussed Brightspace issues and how we could best serve out college and departments by highlighting the issues as well as work arounds.

The committee spent the rest of the time going through the elearning documents and making updates.  This biggest problem was that are charges no longer fit, so besides out supplemental documentation we also need to officially update out charges. Chairman Ida will look into what is required to do that
