Queensborough Community College's 65th Commencement Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 29 at 10 AM on the Athletic Field. Also live-streaming on www.qcc.cuny.edu.
Fall 2025 graduates already received access to download their digital diploma from Parchment Services during the week of April 20 to their CUNYfirst preferred email address.
Winter 2026 graduates will receive an email from Parchment Services in June to their CUNY email address inviting them to download their digital diploma. Upon download, you will be prompted to enter an address of where you would like it sent. 3-4 weeks after providing that address, the physical paper diploma will be mailed through the US Post Office.
Spring 2026 graduates will receive their diploma in similar fashion during the month of September.
Summer 2026 graduates will also receive their diploma in similar fashion in late November/early December.

I Didn't Attend Commencement, Can I Still Receive A Diploma Cover?
Yes!
Graduates who did not attend the Friday, May 29 commencement ceremony, but would like a diploma cover, can stop by the Office of the Registration in the Administration Building - Room 104 to request one. Further questions regarding picking up a diploma cover should be directed to the Office of the Registrar at (718) 631-6212 or Registrar@qcc.cuny.edu (be sure to indicate your full-name and 8-digit EMPL ID# so they can identify you as a QCC student).

Can I Still Take A Yearbook Portrait?
Yes!
Graduates who did not take their yearbook portrait on campus by the Thursday, April 30 deadline can book an appointment to take their portrait directly with Thornton Studios at their Manhattan location through their website. The last day to take a portrait for inclusion in the QCC 2026 Aurora Yearbook is Monday, June 15.
Graduates who do not want their portrait included in the yearbook can contact Ms. Cha Huang in the Office of Student Activities at CHuang@qcc.cuny.edu to request this.
