Students participate in a week-long immersion program at Brookhaven National Laboratory, where they go on tours of the facilities, participate in workshops, attend lectures, and interact with their summer internship mentors.

A meeting with the students in the program to outline the Spring activities and initiate background research for their internships.

Ms. Sandra Strauss from the Career Services Office will present a workshop on resume writing, focusing on how to include your research experience and awards on your resume or CV.

Speech Workshop

A workshop by Dr. Franca Ferrari-Bridgers, Speech Department, QCC.  Students will learn how to engage an audience, communicate dynamically, and present research effectively using PowerPoint.

Dr. Regina Sullivan will guide students to create a LinkedIn profile, highlighting academic achievements and external research
