  1. Receive and evaluate the report of the Auxiliary Enterprise Board on vendor services and recommend to the Academic Senate on matters pertaining to the services and facilities of all vendors to the College, including the Bookstore and Food Services, on an annual basis; - not completed since no report was received.
  2. Consider and evaluate suggestions and complaints regarding the service and facilities of all vendors to the College, including the Bookstore and Food Services, sending them on to the Auxiliary Enterprise Board; - not completed since no suggestions or complaints were received.
  3. Review the College's assessment of the manner of selection of and the contractual arrangements with all vendors to the College, including the Bookstore and Food Services and make recommendations - not completed as no assessment was received.

Have the committee review the bylaws charges for Vendor Services and proceed with them.  That is, evaluate and make comments on the Auxiliary Enterprise Report; Inquire how the committee can obtain feedback from students, faculty and staff on the services and facilities of all vendors on campus;  review that college’s assessment in selecting vendors to our campus, and provide recommendations.  - not completed, please see above under Bylaws charges.
