  1. Approval of Minutes of Meeting on August 29, 2018.
  2. Welcome and discussion: Vice Presidents Newcomb, Kerr, and Zins.
  3. The QCC Fund, how our funds are administered.
  4. Ordering through Amazon using the QCC account, how it works and setting up a system.
  5. Promoting the pantry, to our students and the wider QCC community.
  6. Creating a Food Pantry letterhead so we can send personal "thank you" notes to our private donors.
  7. Adding additional pantry hours.
  8. Creating signage for the pantry,  making the space more inviting.
  9. The status of our full color glossy pantry brochure being created by Lana Zinger and her students.
  10. The food pantry page on the QCC website, coordinating with Dave Morretti.
