Topics discussed:

  1. The committee reviewed the recommended dismissals from the Office of Institutional Research.

  • Discussed and developed a formula for dismissals: if students are mathematically capable of getting to a 2.0 within 15 or fewer credits beyond the required 60 total credits, and they, then the committee recommended keeping those students.

  • Reviewed transcripts and credits earned/attempted ratio for those on the cusp (needing 75.5 to 78 total credits needed to reach 2.0) and those who had a Fall 24 semester GPA higher than their cumulative GPA.
