Business:

The meeting was called to order at 12 p.m.

  • Approval of minutes from last meeting.
  • Committee member updates: Miguel Long resigned from the Bylaws Committee to join the new AI committee. There may be someone from math that will take this place. However, we already have a member from math/computer science so they may not be able to fill the vacancy.
  • CEWD case update: Steering committee asked the rationale to be updated. They need to know the reasons why there is change. This has been related to the CEWD committee. They will provide the rationale to Sujun in the near future.
  • Finalizing a standardized Bylaws template for the other committees to use when proposing changes. The committee reviewed the form for minor edits including tracking dates of submission, position of rationale etc. Issue with ADA compliance with formatting use with strikethrough of text. Sujun will reach out to Adam Volin to check on the potential ADA issue.
  • Next meeting will be in February. A doodle poll will be sent out to set a date/time.

Respectfully submitted by:

Rondi Davies
