Important Information About 2026-27 SAP Appeals
The 2026-27 SAP Appeal form is currently available for submission. CUNY has a new system and the appeal process is underway.
Please check your QCC student email regularly, as you will receive information shortly about when and how to submit your appeal through your "Tasks and Holds" in your CUNYfirst student center. You can also access instructions on how to submit an SAP appeal below. We encourage you to check the Office of Financial Services website regularly for important updates. If you need assistance while you wait, please email SAP@qcc.cuny.edu.

Access your Student Center on CUNYfirst.

Select "Tasks and Holds" tile to view your "To Do List".

Select the ProVerifier SAP Appeal "To Do List" item .

Use your CUNYfirst Login and password to access ProVerifier+, a secure student financial aid portal which enables students to complete FAFSA task(s), including SAP Appeals, from their smart phone, tablet or computer. You will need to enter your name, email, and Social Security Number. The email with the link to the SAP Appeal Form will be sent to the email you provide. You should us your QCC email.
Financial Aid TV (FATV) provides current and prospective students and families with instant 24/7 access to short videos that discuss important financial aid topics such as:
