Verification Process and Online Forms
If you are selected for Verification, processing can take up to 2-4 weeks once you upload the requested documents to our secure online portal below.
Please make sure to complete and sign the appropriate worksheet, and upload it to the secure online portal below along with any additional documents that are requested. For those students who have been selected for verification, financial aid awards can not be finalized and credited toward tuition bills until all requested information has been submitted and processed accordingly. All documents are reviewed in the order in which they are received.

The Queensborough Community College Office of Financial Services is now using an online document submission platform. This will allow you to securely complete and upload financial aid forms in a convenient format 24/7.
Satisfactory Academic Progress Forms For Federal Aid
Students wishing to submit a 2026-27 SAP Appeal should follow the instructions below. The QCC Office of Financial Services is using an online document submission platform. This is our secure online portal used to complete financial aid forms and submit documents. Supporting documentation must be submitted at the time you are submitting your appeal.
When you follow the instructions below, it will take you to a sign-in page. Enter the information requested, and you will receive an email with the link to complete a SAP appeal. You must have filed a 2026-27 FAFSA at least 10 days ago in order to complete & submit a SAP Appeal. If you haven't completed your FAFSA at least 10 days ago the SAP Appeal will not be displayed as an option for you. You will need to file your FAFSA and wait 10 days in order to submit an appeal.

Access your Student Center on CUNYfirst.

Select "Tasks and Holds" tile to view your "To Do List".

Select the ProVerifier SAP Appeal "To Do List" item .

Use your CUNYfirst Login and password to access ProVerifier+, a secure student financial aid portal which enables students to complete FAFSA task(s), including SAP Appeals, from their smart phone, tablet or computer. You will need to enter your name, email, and Social Security Number. The email with the link to the SAP Appeal Form will be sent to the email you provide. You should us your QCC email.

Summer '26 - August 7, 2026
The above deadlines are the last day a SAP Appeal could be submitted to be considered for aid for that semester. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee approval. If your appeal is not approved you are responsible for all tuition and fees.
