The Dean's List Award Ceremony
Full-time degree (matriculated) students carrying a minimum of 12 credits who have achieved a grade point average of 3.3 for a semester are named to the Dean’s List. Part-time matriculated students who have accumulated a minimum of 6 credits with a grade-point average of 3.3, are named to the Dean’s List. Students must not have earned any grades of D, F, WU, or INC. This list is published in the Fall and Spring semesters but not in the Summer session. Credits earned while a student is not matriculated (that is, non-degree) are not included in determining eligibility for the Dean’s List.

Instructions for Participants
The doors will open promptly at 6:00 p.m. for registration / seating purposes. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the main table to check in. A staff member will give you a card with your name on it that you will present to the speaker on stage. Award recipients of the Dean’s List and Milestone will be directed to sit in the designated first few rows. Guests of the award recipients may sit anywhere else in the theatre.
