Office Of The Bursar

The Bursar’s Office at Queensborough Community College (QCC) collects all tuition and fees in accordance with CUNY policies and procedures. These guidelines are set forth by the Federal Government, New York State, and New York City.

We assist students with all billing and account inquires; disburse refund checks; and provide information on the monthly payment plan. As an added service to the community, we are a U.S Department of State designated Passport Application Acceptance Facility.

The QCC Office of the Bursar is committed to offering excellent service to all customers. As we advise students and their families on the billing and fulfillment of their financial obligation to the College, our goal is to be helpful, courteous, and accurate in the information we provide. We encourage you to contact us with your suggestions and opinions.

We are located in the first floor lobby of the Administration Building.
