FALL 2016

In accordance with The City University of New York (CUNY) guidelines, Queensborough Community College requires payment of your tuition and fees bill in order to be officially registered.

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Fall 2016 Semester:

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
April 6 – July 1, 2016 July 13, 2016
July 2 – July 26, 2016 August 3, 2016
July 27 – August 18, 2016 August 18, 2016
August 19 – August 24, 2016 Payment Due Immediately
August 25, 2016 Start of Term

SUMMER 2016

In accordance with The City University of New York (CUNY) guidelines, Queensborough Community College requires payment of your tuition and fees bill in order to be officially registered.

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Summer 2016 semester:

SUMMER 2016 SESSION 1
(4 WK1, 5 WK 1, 7 WK 1 – Start date June 6, 2016)

If You Register Your Bill Must be Paid By:
April 6 – May 18, 2016 May 23, 2016
May 19 – June 5, 2016 June 5, 2016
June 6 and later Immediately

SUMMER 2016 SESSION 2
(4 WK 2, 5 WK 2 – Start date July 11, 2016)

If You Register Your Bill Must be Paid By:
April 6 – May 16, 2016 June 6, 2016
May 17 – June 22, 2016 June 27, 2016
June 23 – July 10, 2016 July 10, 2016
July 11, 2016 and later Immediately

(6 WK 2 – Start Date July 5, 2016)

SPRING 2016

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Spring 2016 Semester:

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
Through December 5 December 15
December 6 - January 8 January 15
January 9 - 22 January 22
January 23-28 Payment Due Immediately

WINTER 2016

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
Through November 15 December 1
November 16 - December 5 December 15
December 5 - 28 December 28
December 29 - January 3 Payment Due Immediately

March 11, 2015 – May 11, 2015 Monday, June 1, 2015
May 12, 2015 – June 17, 2015 Monday, June 22, 2015
June 18, 2015 – July 5, 2015 Sunday, July 5, 2015
July 6, 2015 on July 6, 2015

Important Information

All tuition and fee schedules are necessarily subject to change without notice, at any time, upon action by the Board of Trustees of The City University of New York, regardless of tuition and fee schedules in effect at the time of registration.

All students should note the regulations stated below regarding tuition and fees. If you have any questions, please contact the Bursar Office at 718-631-6265.

  • In planning to register for courses, students should be prepared to pay all tuition and fees associated with registration by their tuition payment deadline date. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of courses. Students should be prepared to pay all of the following:
      1. Student Fees,
      2. Tuition,
      3. All Non-Instructional or Special Fees, including field trip or other supply charges in courses where such charges are assessed.

    (Note: Students remain liable for fees and special charges even if they withdraw from the College.)

  • In the event of any increase in fees or tuition charges, any payments already made to the College are treated as a partial payment and notification will be given of the additional amount due and the time and method for payment.
  • Students whose accounts are in arrears will not be:
    1. granted grades or degrees,
    2. permitted to register for a subsequent semester, or
    3. issued a transcript of record.
