Important Notice Affecting All Registering Students

SPRING 2015

In accordance with The City University of New York (CUNY) guidelines, Queensborough Community College requires payment of your tuition and fees bill in order to be officially registered.

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Spring 2015 Semester:

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
Through December 9, 2014 December 15, 2014
December 10, 2014 – January 7, 2015 January 16, 2015
January 8, 2015 – January 27, 2015 January 27, 2015
After January 27, 2015 Immediately

If you are unable to pay your bill in full by the due date, you may enroll in the interest-free monthly payment plan offered by Sallie Mae, www.tuitionpay.com/cuny, or by calling (800) 635-0120. The Spring payment plan runs from December 1, 2014 to April 1, 2015.

SUMMER 2015

In accordance with The City University of New York (CUNY) guidelines, Queensborough Community College requires payment of your tuition and fees bill in order to be officially registered.

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Summer 2015 semester:

April 7, 2015 – May 13, 2015 Monday, May 18, 2015
May 14, 2015 – May 31, 2015 Sunday, May 31, 2015

SUMMER 2015 SESSION 2

If You Register Your Bill Must be Paid By:
March 11, 2015 – May 11, 2015 Monday, June 1, 2015
May 12, 2015 – June 17, 2015 Monday, June 22, 2015
June 18, 2015 – July 5, 2015 Sunday, July 5, 2015
July 6, 2015 on July 6, 2015

FALL 2015

In accordance with The City University of New York (CUNY) guidelines, Queensborough Community College requires payment of your tuition and fees bill in order to be officially registered.

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Fall 2015 Semester:

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
Through July 3 July 29
July 4 - July 28 August 5
July 29 - August 20 August 20
Between August 21-26 Payment Due Immediately

WINTER 2016

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
Through November 15 December 1
November 16 - December 5 December 15
December 5 - 28 December 28
December 29 - January 3 Payment Due Immediately

SPRING 2016

In accordance with The City University of New York (CUNY) guidelines, Queensborough Community College requires payment of your tuition and fees bill in order to be officially registered.

Queensborough Community College has established the following payment policy for the Spring 2016 Semester:

If You Register: Your Bill Must Be Paid on or Before:
Through December 5 December 15
December 6 - January 8 January 15
January 9 - 22 January 22
January 23-28 Payment Due Immediately

Important Information

All tuition and fee schedules are necessarily subject to change without notice, at any time, upon action by the Board of Trustees of The City University of New York, regardless of tuition and fee schedules in effect at the time of registration.

All students should note the regulations stated below regarding tuition and fees. If you have any questions, please contact the Bursar Office at 718-631-6265.

  • In planning to register for courses, students should be prepared to pay all tuition and fees associated with registration at the time they register. Failure to make full payment at registration will result in a nonpayment service fee and may result in the cancellation of courses. Students should be prepared to pay all of the following:
      1. Student Fees,
      2. Tuition,
      3. All Non-Instructional or Special Fees, including field trip or other supply charges in courses where such charges are assessed.

    (Note: Students remain liable for fees and special charges even if they withdraw from the College.)

  • In the event of any increase in fees or tuition charges, any payments already made to the College are treated as a partial payment and notification will be given of the additional amount due and the time and method for payment.
  • Students whose accounts are in arrears will not be:
    1. granted grades or degrees,
    2. permitted to register for a subsequent semester, or
    3. issued a transcript of record.
