Accessing the new Web Services Requisition form

In order to access the Web Services Requisition form, you will need to sign-in to our Workfront environment.

At the sign-in screen (see Figure 1), enter your QCC email username (i.e. jdoe@qcc.cuny.edu) and your QCC password.

Click the Sign in button.

After you successfully sign-in, you will come to the form (see Figure 2). Take note, you can now upload the file (.JPG, .PNG, .PDF) you wish to use for your digital signage request.

Fill out the form completely. Click the Submit Request button

You will get an email confirming your submission. You will get a second email when your request has been assigned to someone to process. You will get a final (third) email when your request has been completed. At that point, you may check the website but depending on the time of day it may take time before you see your event listed.
