How To Request Enrollment Verification Letter
Students who attended Queensborough Community College from 2014 or later and need to obtain proof of their enrollment, semester dates, expected graduation date, and attended Queensborough Community College can request an enrollment verification letter from the National Student Clearinghouse.
To access your Enrollment Verification Letter through the National Student Clearinghouse, please follow the steps below:
- Visit https://app.studentclearinghouse.org/stauth/samlfed/sso004759idp/10154561 and log into your CUNYfirst account. You do not need to make a MyHub account.
- Click on "Enrollment History".
- Select the down arrow for the college and term(s) you need.
- Click "Download Certificate".
- On the following page, under "Download an Enrollment Certificate" select the college and the terms you need to verify.
- Click "Download Certificate" to view and print your proof of enrollment.
If you need the Office of the Registrar to fill out a form to prove enrollment or you need a document to show your enrollment and attended prior to 2014, please fill out an Enrollment Verification Letter Request form which can be accessed in the following link: Verification of Enrollment Form.
In the case that a forms needs to be filled out by the Office of the Registrar, submit the form to be filled out along with a completed Enrollment Verification Letter Request form. The Enrollment Verification Letter Request form can be accessed in the following link: Verification of Enrollment Form. The form to be filled out and the completed Enrollment Verification Letter Request form can submitted to the Office of the Registrar (A-104) or e-mailed to verifications@qcc.cuny.edu.
