In Attendance:  Wilfredo Moran, Kwang Hyun Kim, Jun Shin, Lisa Scandaliato, Jennifer Klein, Raymond Volel

1.Called Meeting to Order: 1:00 PM (in person meeting)

2. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 20, 202

3.Update: Student Survey

  • Victor Fichera reported to Chairperson Moran that the survey did not receive new responses
  • Currently, there are not enough responses to represent our student body (37 total)
  • A suggestion to reach out to Elizabth Nercessian and request the survey is disseminated to the freshman in the Intro to College class
  • In February, the committee will review the survey questions and strategize publicity - perhaps flyers with QR code.
4. Volunteer Fair
  • Chairperson Moran will present the fair and SA committee Student Government at their next meeting to promote collaboration
  • Chairperson Moran will reach out to Career Services in the Spring semester for collaboration
5. Update from Student Activities 
  • Student government is looking to fill open vacancies
  • Upcoming events:
    • Student Government Holiday Party held in the Student Union Building
    • Leadership Weekend in January – a workshop event for students
6. New BusinessStudent Activities Committee will plan to meet in early February
