The COC recommends that

1- College calendar committee meetings be at a set day and time. [similar to how it was in the past i.e. every Tuesday before the Senate meeting as is with Chairs meeting before each Senate meeting]

2-The COC have an IT person support the Big Pulse Senate elections

3-The COC Secretary get 1 hour release Time

Individual member contributions and thanks

The Secretary, Kevin Kolack and member Steven Dahlke were very active in assisting the Chair perform his duties.  Without their contributions this academic year would not have been as productive for the COC.  Thank you both. SBM
