Saving and Retrieving Files on OneDrive
Signing in and out of OneDrive
Signing into OneDrive

- Open a web browser of your choice (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) and go to https://www.office.com.
- Select the Sign in button.
- Enter your QCC Office 365 email address, then select the Next button.
If you don't know your Office 365 email address, you can find it by going to https://pass.qcc.cuny.edu/flow/student and selecting My Account Details.
- Enter your CUNY Login password, then select the Sign in button.
If you don't know your CUNYfirst Login password, you can get help at the following link: https://managelogin.cuny.edu/OIMSelfService/forgotpwd
- If you are accessing OneDrive from a remote lab computer, select No. If you are accessing One Drive from a personal device, you may select Yes if desired.
- Select OneDrive.
You are now signed in to OneDrive and can save and/or retrieve files.
- Open a web browser of your choice (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) and go to https://www.office.com.
Signing out of OneDrive
- Select your initials in the top right corner of the webpage then click Sign out.
You are now signed out of OneDrive and will need to sign in again to access your files.
Saving Files on OneDrive
- Select the Upload button, then select Files.
- Select the file(s) you would like to upload and then select the Open button.
- When the upload is complete, the file(s) will appear in the list and a message will appear informing you the file(s) have been uploaded.
When you have finished your file activities with OneDrive, please remember to Sign out.
Retrieving Files from OneDrive
- Select the menu button (three vertical dots) next to the file you wish to download, then select Download.
When you have finished your file activities with OneDrive, please remember to Sign out.
