How to reserve mobile media carts

Faculty interested in reserving a mobile media cart should contact their department’s CLT to find out if there are carts available. If there are, faculty should reserve the cart for the appropriate days and times. Faculty will have to arrange to both pick up and return the carts with their department’s CLT.
Faculty associated with a departments or campus space in the chart below should contact the appropriate person to reserve a mobile media cart. These carts include a computer, VCR/DVD player, projector, speakers, and a battery backup (UPS). Please note that the carts referenced in this chart may not be moved off of their storage floor, and that faculty are responsible for reserving, picking up, and returning the carts.
