Entrepreneurship: Leadership and Operations

Module 1: Entrepreneurial Leadership & Operation is part of a three-module Certificate program will enable you to sharpen your Entrepreneurial skill, build a business plan and prepare you to start a new business or grow your existing business in 2021. Participants successfully completing the three modules will receive an Entrepreneurship Certificate of Completion. Enrollment in this program gives students access to our Road to Interdependence & Student Success (R.I.S.E.) Project Management Certificate Program

PROGRAM GOALS: Entry-level PM certification program and preparation for PMP certifications.

Project Management (PM) stages and basic concepts of PM will be taught, and it helps to improve the fundamental knowledge of PM. The program offered will cover all the major areas of PM.

DESIGNED FOR: People who work or plan to work in a project and those who need a leadership and direction in a team of a project. It is an entry level program for the candidates who will work in the field of PM. There are no prerequisites to enter the program.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Fundamental of Project Management for beginners,
  • Learning PM lifecycle,
  • Comprehending how to initiate, plan, manage, and complete a project,
  • Identifying development and implementation of all types of projects,
  • Becoming familiar with the essential concepts and means of PM.

Certificate in Human Resources Management

PROGRAM GOALS: Entry-level HR certification program and preparation for SHRM certifications.

HR functions and basic concepts of HRM will be taught and it helps to improve the fundamental knowledge of HRM. The program offered will cover all the major areas of human resources.

DESIGNED FOR: Small business owners, administrative HR for beginners, and entry-level HR candidates.

HRM certificate programs are for those who plan to work in human resources. Provides workforce to get a start of human resource management career. There are no prerequisites to enter the program.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • HRM for beginners,
  • Learning fundamental HR issues,
  • Overviewing of the key HR topics,
  • Clear understanding of HR functions,
  • Learning talent acquisitions, compensation systems, training and development, performance management, employment law, and labor relations.
