Research Foundation Hiring Procedures and Forms
Research Foundation employee’s hiring package must be completed and sent to the Office of Grants/Sponsored Programs, Room H-336 at least one week BEFORE the proposed start date.
No employee can start working until their proper paperwork has been submitted.
All RF employees (New and Rehire) must have a Queensborough ID & email account. If they do not already have one, the PI must complete the CUNYFirst account form. Once completed it must be returned to Glenna Lash in Administration Bldg Room 505.
Intended for any individual who has never worked as an RF employee or hasn't worked in over a year (on any campus).
The Research Foundation considers an employee with a break-in-service of 120 days or more to be a rehire. The applicability of this procedure is determined by the last timesheet date of the prior appointment and the start date of the new appointment.
