Biography:

Liisa Yonker is an Assistant Professor at QCC.  She’s a graduate of the joint MFA degree program between Carnegie Mellon University and the Moscow Art Theatre School (MXAT).  At MXAT, Liisa was trained in the Stanislavski System by faculty trained by former MXAT company members, in a direct lineage to the master himself.  Liisa was a founding member, producer and performer in The Somnambulist Project, a North Carolina based Theatre Company. She continues to train, teach and perform as an actor, singer and musician in the New York area.
