Lunch Break YOGALATES

YOGALATES is a perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates. It strengthens the core while stretching and moving the body using both Yoga and Pilates—the best of both worlds. In this class, we will use a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, and a yoga strap.
