Yoga - Flow and Restore

This class is for everyone. From beginners to experienced Yogi's.

Flow and Restore plus Core. Focus is on Abs. and Core. We will warm up, practice breathing, stretching, do some standing poses. Work on balance, steadiness, and flexibility, in a safe and fun way. Using props(yoga strap and 2 yoga blocks) one will learn how to incorporate these into the practice.

Come, relax, recharge, feel invigorated and uplifted.

PROPS NEEDED - A Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap.
