Advanced Beginner Ballroom/Latin Dance

In this course, you will learn advanced and fun versions of the basic steps for Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha and Swing. Students will discover how to glide around the dance floor for the Smooth dances and the several turns in Latin dances. A minimum experience with 1-3 basic steps of the six dances listed above is required. Don';t worry; we will review the basics in case you need a refresher!

Please wear closed-toe, non-slip comfortable shoes. No sneakers. Partner not required. Limited enrollment.

Ballroom Dance for Youth

Join our Ballroom Dance program designed for kids!

Each 1.5-hour class introduces basic syllabus steps in dances such as the Waltz, Cha-Cha, and the other Tango & Rumba.

Through this program, Kids will enhance their rhythm and coordination while learning to communicate and work well with others. The classes also cover important aspects, including dance etiquette, posture, and performance skills.

No dance partner is required, and sessions are offered on Mondays and Fridays. Ages 7+

Registration is available for Monday classes, Friday classes, or the Combo option (both M&F)

Dancing is a fantastic way for kids to stay active. Additionally, it helps develop social skills and confidence as they learn to cooperate and support one another.

Yoga - Flow and Restore

This class is for everyone. From beginners to experienced Yogi's.

Flow and Restore plus Core. Focus is on Abs. and Core. We will warm up, practice breathing, stretching, do some standing poses. Work on balance, steadiness, and flexibility, in a safe and fun way. Using props(yoga strap and 2 yoga blocks) one will learn how to incorporate these into the practice.

Come, relax, recharge, feel invigorated and uplifted.

Playwriting Workshop

In this workshop, through engaging playwritingexercises, writers will explore how breaking away from traditional forms can ignite their imagination, allowing them to embrace the chaos of a first draft as a valuable part of the creative process rather than something to discard. This workshop is designed to encourage clarity in storytelling while helping participants unearth new play ideas from the depths of their subconscious.

The workshop is open to all skill levels

Students can bring paper and pen or a laptop. Whatever will help them write.

Pickleball Instruction, Lesson and Practice

Official Pickleball rules and scoring will be discussed. Pickleball advanced techniques and strategies will be introduced. Proper athletic clothing and footwear(sneakers) is required.

All Pickleball levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) are welcome to register. Proper athletic clothing and footwear(sneakers) is required.

Pickleball Social Play
Pickleball Social Play is an event where people play Pickleball, socialize and learn the game. It is a great way to meet new people and learn the game. Pickleball Social Play can include networking, casual conversations and games.


How Pickleball Social Play Works:


Social Play - Players rotate between courts and players and meet new people.

Open Play - Players of all skill levels play separately (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced). Players also rotate between courts and players and meet new people.
