Queensborough's Class of '25 Graduation Ceremony

Graduates and guests that did not/were unable to attend the commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 29 can watch the livestream video above, as well as on Queensborough's YouTube Channel.

Graduates who did not/were unable to attend the commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 29, but would like a diploma cover, can contact the Office of The Registrar to request one (pick up only - diploma covers cannot be mailed or shipped). The Office of The Registrar can be reached at (718) 631-6212 or Registrar@qcc.cuny.edu (be sure to indicate your full-name and 8-digit EMPL ID# so they can identify you as a QCC student).

Graduates who attended the May 29 commencement ceremony will be contacted by Island Photography via email within 3-5 days after the ceremony with proofs of their portrait and instructions for purchase (this is optional, not mandatory). If you do not receive an email with your portrait, please contact Island Photography directly at 800-869-0908.

There's still time for graduates to take a portrait for inclusion in QCC's 2025 Aurora Yearbook. Visit Thornton Studio's Website, click "Schedule Appt", enter the code "studio", and then select a date from the calendar highlighted in Blue. Graduates must be photographed no later than Sunday, June 15 if they want their portrait included in the yearbook.

Graduates are also invited to place a Yearbook Order with the Office of Student Activities.

Graduates who do not want their portrait included in the yearbook can email their request to Ms. Cha Huang.

Graduates will receive a digital copy of their diploma 3-4 months after their degree conferral date from Parchment Services to their CUNYfirst preferred email address. 3-4 weeks after, a physical diploma will be mailed via USPS to your CUNYfirst home address. Please make sure your name, preferred email, and home address are up to date in CUNYfirst so, you can receive your diploma in a timely manner.
