If you have questions about using the
QCC OnLine Learning Network web site or completing the
Test Your System, contact the QCC HelpDesk by email
(Helpdesk@qcc.cuny.edu) or call us at 1-718.631.6624,
ask for technical support.
Technical support analysts are
available by telephone during office hours.
During summer session, the HelpDesk
office is open Monday-Thursday 10am-9pm, Fridays
10am-5pm, EST
On weekends and holidays, contact the
HelpDesk by email or leave a voice mail message at the
phone#. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
When contacting the QCC Help Desk,
please have the following information available or
provide within your email message:
1) name of your Internet Service
Provider
2) the name and version number of your
web browser software
3) the computer's operating system
4) the word processing software you are
using
We may also ask you for the title of
your course, the course number, the name of the campus
offering the course, and the professor's name.
Information about courses is listed on the QCC
home page at http://www.qcc.cuny.edu, if you don't
know all the details about your course.
