Easy Tai Chi II

Easy Tai Chi II is an extension of the gentle exercises taught in Easy Tai chi. Once you have learned the movements, you can practice them at home. This form of exercise is excellent for healing, maintaining health, and self-defense. Tai Chi positively impacts muscles, balance, and strength without being strenuous.
