Adult Beginner Swim

${image.asset.metadata.description}

The Adult Beginner class is designed for participants who have very little or no swimming experience and may be uncomfortable in the water. The course will provide instruction in basic water skills including comfortable entry, submersion, floating, breathing techniques, and an introduction to basic swimming strokes.

Requests to switch to different swim sections should be sent to Qcccontinuinged@qcc.cuny.edu at least seven days prior to the first lesson. Such requests will be granted only in the event that space is available.

Make up classes are only granted in the event CEWD cancels a class, they are not granted due to a student's absence.
