What is TimesheetX?
TimesheetX is an online time and leave application, designed with features and functionalities to centralize time records and automate time sheets submission and approval process while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and policy for employees, supervisors, and administrators. It provides a convenient way for:

entering and submitting leaves and time worked online

alerting users when time sheets are due, and as supervisors, notifying staff if there are delinquent time sheets

viewing the latest leaves accrual and balances
-
accessing status of submitted time sheets and history of previous submissions in one location as a supervisor to approve time sheets through an automated workflow and monitor for delinquent time sheets
The following employee groups are designated to record their leave and time in TimesheetX:

Full time PSC employees in non-teaching instructional titles and that include the Librarians

Full time White-Collar employees

ECP titles
A rollout to part-time employees of the corresponding groups is currently in review. A plan of their roll out will be announced as soon as it is approved, including any future enhancements/improvements to address limitations in the current release or to fulfill new business requirements.
