Our goal is to make the QCC OnLine Learning
Network work so smoothly that you can ignore the
technology and get on with your studies. While we've
reached this goal for most of our students, there are
still some students who experience difficulties. Many
technical difficulties experienced by students are
related to their connection to the Internet/WWW or web
browser software. To participate in an QCC OnLine course,
your Internet connection must allow you to submit
forms to a web site. To help resolve the most common
problems associated with Internet connections and web
browsers, we require that you "Test Your
System" before you request a password. This way,
if there is a problem with how you are connecting to
the QCC web site, you can resolve it before the start
of the semester. If your system remains incompatible
with our web site, you should not register for an QCC
OnLine
course. While we may be able to guide you towards a
possible resolution, the QCC OnLine Learning Network is not
responsible for resolving technical problems you may
experience with your Internet Service Provider or the
web browser software you install on your computer.
