This moving meditation, Gentle Vinyasa Flow class incorporates breath work, mindful movement and sequences, yoga postures, guided relaxation and meditation to improve Strength, flexibility, mobility, and muscular endurance. And feel a deeper connection with yourself, community, and environments.

Need a yoga mat and bottle water. Blocks, straps, and blankets optional. Wear loose clothing and do not eat for two hours before class.
