The Queensborough Community College President’s Council program is a student development program that is run through the Admissions Office at Queensborough Community College. This prestigious group of current students is selected through a competitive application process to represent the college at various public relations, student recruitment and fundraising events throughout the year.
It provides numerous opportunities for students to enhance their skills through individual and group activities. Program participants are required to promote the college through public speaking engagements, attend meetings and events, as well as, lead campus tours.
The program is designed to be flexible to meet the individual needs of the everyday college student, who has to balance school, work and family. Through this program participants are able to make new friends, meet amazing faculty and administrators, and build a great resume.
