Elisabeth Lackner

As Director of Institutional Research and Assessment, Elisabeth Lackner oversees research and data analysis that supports academic planning, assessment of academic and student support programs, pedagogic research activities, and external reporting. Prior to joining Queensborough, Mrs. Lackner was a Senior Research Analyst at The New School, where she worked on retention studies, program review data reports, and surveys, among other projects. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Karl Franzens Universität in Graz, Austria, and a master’s degree in Media Studies from The New School.
