What is a Dual/Joint Degree Program?

A written agreement between two colleges.

Provides an opportunity for a seamless transfer.

Must graduate from Queensborough Community College.

Students may not need to apply to transfer, depending upon the terms of the agreement.
Dual/Joint Program for Business Students

John Jay College
The program has a unique coordinator at QCC.
*Students enrolled in the Dual/Joint Degree program with John Jay College do not file a transfer application.
The CUNY Justice Academy

Students do not apply to John Jay College.

Access to research opportunities.

Students must complete all requirements as outlined in the agreement.

Baruch Business Academy
Who is eligible for the Baruch Business Academy?
- Business Administration A.S. majors who have earned* less than 24 credits.
- Students in other majors who have earned* less than 15 credits and are willing to change their major to Business Administration A.S.
NOTE: Students interested in joining the Baruch Business Academy must meet the above requirements and complete an Interest Form.
Baruch/Zicklin Admission requirements:
- Completion of the A.S program in Business Administration with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
- Grade of C+ or better in all Business courses (2.3 GPA)
- Meet eligibility requirements for admission to the Zicklin School of Business â see the Zicklin Transfer Explorer
Students in the Baruch Business Academy who meet Baruch/Zicklin Admission requirements do not need to apply to transfer and get accepted directly into the Zicklin School of Business!
*Earned credits excludes your current semester credits, credits from Advanced Placement (AP), College NOW, or related high school classes.
