Global Leaders Program
The Center for International Affairs, Immigration is proud to offer The Global Leaders Program for Spring 2024! The Global Leaders Program (GLP) is a 7-week certificate training program designed to build student career readiness competencies in career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, equity & inclusion, leadership, professionalism, and teamwork. These competencies have been identified by the National Association of Colleges and Employers as necessary for success in today’s global workplace (NACE, 2022).Students from all academic majors can gain global knowledge and develop marketable skills in cross-cultural communication, public speaking, and collaboration integral to job placement and professional advancement.
The program will meet on Fridays from 1- 3 PM in Kupferberg Holocaust Center Classroom on the following dates:

| MAR 15 | Week 4 | Intercultural Communication |
| MAR 22 | Week 5 | Globalization |
| APR 5 | Week 6 | Group Work for Presentations |
| APR 12 | Week 7 | Group Presentations |
| APR 19 | Week 8 | Extra Time for Group Presentations (if needed) |
Students must attend and actively participate in all sessions to receive the certification of completion.
