Tiger Mail Information

ATTENTION ALL QCC STUDENTS
You now have your own QCC Email Account

Your TigerMail address is:
USERNAME@TIGERMAIL.QCC.CUNY.EDU
 

Your Username is the first initial of your first name plus your full last name plus the last two digits of your Student ID.

For example if your name is John Doe and your Student ID is 123-45-6789 your username will be JDOE89

Please note: If your name has an apostrophe or a hyphen it has been removed.

When you first logon, you will be prompted to create a new personal Tigermail password that will be good for the entire semester.

Open your browser, go to http://tigermail.qcc.cuny.edu and type your login information as follows:

• Username: JDOE89
• Password: 456789

If you are using America OnLine ():

1. After logging in to AOL, minimize AOL's Browser (the _ in the upper right corner)

2. Open Internet Explorer (IE) browser (located either on your desktop or under the Start menu)

3. Use it to access your Tiger Mail at: http://tigermail.qcc.cuny.edu

You can create a new password if you forgot your old password. Click on the "Create Personal Tigermail Password" link on the Tigermail log-in page.

If you receive the following message, "Contact Tigermail helpdesk (718) 631-6348, if you continue to experience problems changing your password", you have tried to use a password already stored in the system. The Tiger mail system saves your last 6 passwords so you will have to try a new password in this case.

If you have difficulty logging on call 718-631-6348 Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm.
