The Mathematics Learning Center is a tutoring and self-study facility accessible to all students. It is open year round and provides assistance for all mathematics and computer science courses, from the developmental to the advanced level. Highly qualified tutors are trained to work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small-group workshops. MLC offers reference materials, current textbooks, and review sheets of course material. It provides review sessions for final examinations, and various other express classes (MA010 Express, MA005 Express & Ma 005 Mod Workshops) to help students exit from remediation. MLC also provides training for the graphing calculators that are required for many of the courses. A schedule of open hours is posted outside the MLC located in the Science building room 216.
Tutoring and all workshops are available on a walk in basis.
