MALES, Men Achieving and Leading in Excellence and Success at Queensborough Community College is a program committed to student success. Through our roadmap for success students will have the opportunity to enrich their college experience and become better prepared for the promising future that awaits them.

Students’ college experience will be enhanced by the provision of carefully matched mentors who will walk them through the complexities of the campus experience. Off campus experiences in the form of field trips and conferences, supplemental monthly activities, free tutoring, and early advisement is part of the MALES roadmap for student success.
