Description: FINANCIAL - Achieve personal N.S.P.H. benchmark - Assist in meeting store sales goals and sales targets - Meet personal New account goals (minimum 1 per week) - Add a minimum of one client contact or new entry per shift. - Minimum 1 Thank You note per shift. LEADERSHIP - Develop customer relationships that generate sales, and repeat visits. (e.g. client books, PLCC) - Respect and value opinions and recognize differences in team members to foster a positive work environment. - Communicate to inspire and motivate customers to buy Brooks Brothers product. - Actively mentor fellow associates when needed. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Demonstrate legendary customer service by building relationships and customer satisfaction practices to maximize sales and prevent shrink. - Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales and profits. - Communicate merchandise needs and trends, for the store, to Store Management. - Actively involved in building relationships within your community to assist in generating store traffic. TECHNICAL - Assist with networking and providing referrals to build a diverse staff to achieve and maintain a fully staffed objective. - Demonstrate, and comply with Company best practices, policies, procedures and Associate policies as outlined in the Associate Handbook. - Participate in all inventory preparation. - Assist in maintaining a clean, neat and organized store environment. - Alterations: Provide highest level of quality and customer service within established call dates and ensure appropriate fees are collected.
