Private Client Associate

Description: This individual will provide administrative, client, and marketing support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs) to enhance and grow their business. Essential duties and responsibilities will include: •Assist FAs in the ongoing development and maintenance of effective client relationships. •Take ownership of the administrative aspects of the team's day to day activities. •Be knowledgeable of products and technologies and comply with all rules and regulations of the firm. •Compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures. •Assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity based campaigns •Provide excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail. Ensure continuous telephone coverage.

Special Skills & Requirements You must be willing and able to pass your Series 7 and 66 examinations within 12 months of your hire date. The Series 7 is the General Securities Representative exam. It is administrated by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory authority) and licenses an individual to sell securities and have the legal power of an agent in the United States. The Series 66 is the Uniform Combined State Law Examination and is designed to qualify candidates as both agents and investment advisor representatives.
