Description: Working directly with the City Department of Records to assist in the reconciliation of current records inventory, including the repacking and relocation of current inventory, updating excel spreadsheets and labeling all record boxes. Coordinate the destruction of old files, coordinate the shredding of files that have been approved for destruction. Working with the agency Payroll and Budget units reviewing reconciling and approving Cash Receipts in the City’s Financial Management System. Working with the Deputy Director of Facility Operations on agency inventory control of PMS, PPMS and Workers Compensation supply needs; ensuring the timely issuance of material dedicated to the processing and transporting of agency related material. Supplying the Print room with the proper Pension envelopes, inserts check and paper stock for each job to be printed and inserted for the appropriate pension cycle. Assist the mail and photocopy unit as required during end of month Pension mailings and or as needed during heavy production cycles. Assist in the preparation of various weekly and monthly reports as needed, including management reports, project updates, check inventory for FISA and OPA and monthly consumable inventory reports etc. Tasks will also include performing general Warehouse and Facility related tasks as required.
