Description: • Assisting students with computer use (MSWord and Internet) • Regular maintenance of desktop computers (under the direction of a College Laboratory Technician) including: 1. Cleanup of system files 2. Updating, running anti-virus software 3. Resetting of defaults for browser and word processing software 4. Helping students with Audio Files 5. Help Desk support for the faculty and students 6. Help CLT with the deployment of computers 7. Help students with Wileyplus and VHL Central and other various programs
